A roof can look finished from the ground, but the reliability of the work depends on what was done underneath. Sound timber, correct membrane, fixed battens, suitable slates or tiles, correct ridge and verge detailing, and clean water routes all matter. Cutting corners at preparation stage is what often causes repeat leaks later.
Send photos of the affected area, the front and rear roof elevations if possible, and any internal damp or ceiling marks. Shield Roofing can then advise whether it looks like a repair, inspection or replacement quote.
